Minimum Requirements

Minimum requirements : Demonstrated one (1) or more years of related experience in construction/janitorial or maintenance related.

Preferred Qualifications
High School Diploma or Demonstrated Equivalent.
One plus years working in construction/janitorial or maintenance.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Ability to work in inclement weather conditions.
Position may involve travel between various sites. .

Additional Information:
This position does not include sponsorship for United States work authorization.
This position does not include relocation benefits.
Position will travel between various sites, either by personal vehicle or public transportation. Reimbursement for expenses is not included.
