\nPosition Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Systems Management
\nOverall management and strategic development of Salesforce as a business development system, as well as a portal into many other firmwide software systems (e.g. Deltek Vision, OpenAsset, WorkDay)
\nServe as the primary Salesforce administrator and subject matter expert
\nProvide recommendations on how to leverage Salesforce to execute on strategic vision
\nContinually stay abreast of the latest updates and innovations to Salesforce and make recommendations as to how these changes\/updates might be implemented within the SOM environment
\nManage Salesforce processes, workflow rules, and business logic to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency
\nAdministrative oversight of SOM\u2019s Salesforce System including: User account maintenance; Report and Dashboard maintenance; System Security; System Audits; System Documentation; Upgrade management; Data Feeds and other Integrations
\nLead projects and initiatives focused on improving adoption, strengthening processes, and simplifying the system
\nData Management
\nOversee data quality & integrity
\nManage requests for bulk data updates\/changes
\nRegularly oversee and perform data hygiene of leads, accounts, opportunities, and custom objects
\nReporting
\nLead the system development in a strategic manner to create an environment that fosters high-level analysis.
\nWork with end-users to develop reports.
\nDesign reports and\/or dashboards that provide insights to all levels of stakeholders (Partners, Marketing & BD Team, Finance, Practice Leaders, etc.)
\nTeam Management
\nManage a small Salesforce team
\nFirmwide Leadership
\nLead the Salesforce Steering Committee
\nCoordinate and collaborate with the Business Analytics, Financial Systems Group, and Office of Technology teams to ensure a smooth workflow of data between systems and consistent internal reporting
\nLeadership Responsibilities
\nActively leads projects, teams and initiatives.
\nDirectly supervises staff and is committed to direct reports’ professional development.
\nDevelops and engages in talent strategy to find specialists, leaders, and future professionals for the firm through recruitment, resume reviews and interviews.
\nActively engages in internal and external professional development opportunities.
\nDevelops and\/or manages, in collaboration with team members, a clear and consistent work plan to achieve the project budget, deliverables, and schedule. Actively monitor and assess progress with leadership through all phases of the project.
\nDemonstrates leadership in the implementation of sustainable strategies in all project assignments and the associated development of staff knowledge.
\nLeads in the development of standards, policies, and procedures.
\nProtects SOM from financial and legal risk.
\nQualifications
\nBachelor\u2019s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science or related fields
\nSalesforce Certified Administrator (Advanced Administrator preferred)
\n5-10 years of experience with Salesforce at professional services firms (A\/E\/C world preferred)
\nKnowledge & understanding of the marketing\/business development processes at professional services firms (architecture firm preferred)
\nStrong analytical skills
\nUnderstanding of Tableau for data visualization
\nStrong understanding of databases, database schemas, SQL, and service-level APIs
\nExperience with Salesforce Workbench and advanced data queries
\nExperience with Salesforce Data Loader
\nExperience with continuous delivery and deployment
\nWorking knowledge of interrelated systems workflows and\/or APIs
\nBack-end development experience with Salesforce preferred
\nDemonstrated knowledge of process and systems development methodologies
\nComfortable working in highly dynamic and rapid development environment
\nProven experience driving business, culture, and technology change in dynamic and complex operating environment
\nStrong project management skills, including planning, execution, cost and time management.
\nAbility to organize, prioritize and multi-task responsibilities while working under pressure and within tight deadlines.
\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to communicate effectively across different teams and levels of the organization
